Then try to memorize some words like " go to - eat - drink - etc .. ". Then you can use it after I want
Try to to memorize the names of food in the country
Or you can use the trick as you point to which you want and say " I want this "

Example
I want this " and you point to fruit "

Then the seller will ask you كم kam
Then you should answer one kg , if you said it in English people will understand you or you can say it in Arabic

in first try to do not let the seller ask you much and when you enter to buy , try to prepare your full sentence

As when you go by taxi then you should prepare the location on your phone or write it in a paper
Then all you need to say
