عفوا aafwan. " an is vowel " 

It mean you welcome , you don't need to thank me  or it's my duty 

Muslims thank sentence " jazak allahu khairan "

Jazak allahu khairan ,may Allah reward you good

Reward mean jazak جزاك you can say g instead of j

God mean allahu الله u in the end is vowel 

The good mean khairan خيرا an in the end of the word is vowel
