how I can start to learn Arabic language ?

firstly you should know there is no plan for anyone on internet even to pass the level a in Arabic language
if you chose the internet to learn the language you should understand you must be able to effort and look for the lessons and make your plan in learning and catch your patience always
all native speaker can help you in just to translate you the sentence or the words
So how I can do my plan ?
the way which follow in every school or institute to learning any language . they start with alphabet , my advise to you do not learn it in first and I will tell you why
if you learn other language by English alphabet then you will get just limit words or sentence which people just translate it on internet
but if you be able to read the language then there will not be in border for learning . you can download and books and read it you can learn from dictionary
which dialect I should learn ?
it is depend on your goal
why you want to learn Arabic language ?
if you learn it to live in Arabic country so you should learn the dialect
if your goal relate with any books then you should learn stander or fusha
so what if I can not decide my goal yet ?
so learn fusha language it will help you in any way in any country
all people in any Arabic country will understand you but may be will be mean some funny to them and it is depend on them education
so what is your look of people whom learn the language from movies ?
I did not tried it before so I can not judge , but I know people had learned other language from the movies
but let thinking some logical
if you will learn from movie then you will get the sentence then translate it to Arabic then hear again the pronunciation
if you learn from lessons then you will learn some words then install it in sentence then see how to prounce it , it is the same way but you had take the way from the right to the left and the first way of learning from movie it is from left to right
but the good thing I see you can get from learning from movies is just will improve your accent fast
